Nikodem Szumillo

Nikodem is an Associate Professor at UCL and Director of the Bartlett Real Estate Institute at the world's top-ranked built environment faculty. He holds a PhD from Cambridge University and serves as an academic visitor at the Bank of England, with his research featured in outlets including the Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, and Bloomberg.

Monika Szumillo

Monika Szumilo is a Physics Lecturer at UCL and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, specializing in practical AI and Machine Learning. She holds a PhD from Cambridge University and has been teaching AI and developing ML algorithms at Imperial College London and UCL since 2020, delivering complex concepts across Physics, Engineering, and Business disciplines.

Dr. Thomas Wiegelmann FRICS

Dr. Thomas Wiegelmann FRICS brings over 25 years of real estate experience, having co-founded BLUE Asset Management in 2009, which grew to €1.2 billion in AuM before being acquired by Schroders in 2019. An Honorary Professor at UCL, he holds a PhD from Bond University and is a Harvard Business School and INSEAD alumnus .
