The course is split into two parts, taking you from foundations to confident, practical application.

Part 1: Fundamentals

Core knowledge everyone needs: what AI is (and isn't), how to avoid hallucinations, and prompt engineering techniques that actually work for real estate tasks.
You'll learn to summarise and analyse long documents like investment memos and ESG reports, get strategy advice and create business plans, tackle complex reasoning problems, and write professional documents with AI assistance.

Part 2: Intermediate applications

More advanced capabilities: AI agents, internet and database search, and multimodal AI.
You'll apply these to valuation and risk analysis, deep research for site selection and market recommendations, building presentations, forecasting with data, and creating maps, graphs, and interactive charts.
